Gone, But Not ForgottenVindalho

We can still smell the curry from Chef David Machado’s Indian-inflected Vindalho Restaurant. Closed in 2013 after an eight-year run in the Southeast Clinton neighborhood, Vindalho mixed South Asian and Northwest cuisine in a contemporary yet comfortable space.

A strong typographical element referencing Indian and Asian cultures set the tone for a unique dining experience. Our color palette of chili pepper red and curry yellow flavored the signage, menus, stationery and other branded elements like warming spice.
